Cancellation Policy for Orders

Before an order is scheduled for production, customization, shipping, or installation, customers have the option to cancel it. Cancellation requests must be reviewed and approved by our management team once an order has been confirmed and materials have been assigned.

Customized rubber mats, bespoke designs, unique color combinations, and made-to-order flooring systems are examples of products that cannot normally be canceled once manufacturing has started. Before confirming their order, customers are advised to confirm all measurements, product choices, and specifications.

Important Instructions to Qualify for Refunds

Every refund request is assessed separately according to the order type, project status, product condition, and customer-provided supporting paperwork. Requests for refunds can be granted in the following situations:

  • Authorized cancellation prior to the start of production or shipping.
  • The ordered product is not available, and there isn’t a good substitute.
  • Delivery of goods that are damaged or flawed due to production problems.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Generally speaking, refunds are not offered for:

  • Rubber flooring and mats are manufactured to order or customized.
  • Goods that are approved by the client before manufacturing.
  • Performed installation jobs with success.
  • Goods that have been harmed by abuse, poor upkeep, or unapproved alterations.
  • Things that are reduced, clearance, or special order, unless a manufacturing defect is verified.

Procedure for Inspection and Resolution

The problem should be disclosed as soon as possible, following delivery or project completion, if a client thinks a product or installation has a flaw. To evaluate the reported issue and choose the best course of action, our staff could set up an inspection.

Processing Time for Refunds
